Requirements

- The 9-month program will prepare you to become our operational leader. You have to show excellent qualities in learning, planning, leading, and execution to be qualified to join the program.
Requirements :
- Ready to be assigned throughout Indonesia.
- Expected young candidate not more than 26 years old should be a fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience.
- Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, achievement and service orientation.
- Eagerness to be assigned at any Indonesia region is a must
Collection Team ( FC )
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling accounts receivable . Daily task is to monitor receivables bucket problem and figure out how best to collect the customer does not meet its obligations , in accordance with the applicable procedures and still maintain quality of service . It required energy and persistence in handling bucket handle , strong integrity and ability to maintain the excellent service .
Requirements
- Minimal D3 with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Maximum age 30 years
- Has a strong energy to achieve individual and team targets
- Independent and have a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work with others and have the ability to establish strong relationships
- Having good persuasion skills causing impact and able to influence others in order to gain commitment
- Ability to work under pressure
- High integrity
- Has a motor and sim C / A
- Understanding the ins and outs of the area where the candidate is placed
